Welcome to HJ Gentlemen - A gentlemens barber shop established in 2012. We aim to offer all the benefits of a traditional barber shop with a modern twist allowing a private barbering experience in a more relaxed atmosphere.
At HJ Gentlemen we are proud to say we can offer a wide range of styles and cutting techniques including hair tattoos, flat tops, and full head shaves. What ever the look you desire, we can help you to achieve it.
I started in this business 10 years ago and set out to have my own shop in which the customer comes first. I aim to give you, the customer, the time and effort your hair deserves. No matter what look you are after from crew cuts, wet shaves or hair tattoos, I take pride in every aspect of my job. I hope to see you in the shop soon so we can fix you up with exactly what you want.

Due to all three shops being in tier 4 areas they will now be closed until further notice. If you have an appointment booked for after Christmas they will automatically be cancelled. During the most recent lockdown we decided to sell our Lewes shop. Don't worry! Andrew has taken it on, he changed the name and is currently working on the shop ready for reopening.
